Yeah same issue. I am a bigpond customer but haven’t used ISP email for years. But it’s frustrating when you try to send a email to a bunch of bigpond users from gmail to get bounces. Each email service has its own quirks in how the account has to be set up in Outlook 2019 (or any mail program) to properly send and receive.
